I made the choice to change eye care specialists recently and had heard great things about Berkeley. I made an appointment to get my eyes checked and from the first call I made everyone was incredibly easy to deal with. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was all very friendly. The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding. I had my eyes dilated and so picking frames was a bit of a challenge, but thankfully I was given good advice on what looked good or fit me well. I had an emergency yesterday and ended up in the ER. They told me to get to an ophthalmologist as quickly as I could and I cannot believe your clinic worked me in so fast. I saw Dr. Hollas and he was fantastic! We figured out the problem, he was very personal, professional, and, I'm gonna be fine. Yay!

I was having an eye problem and they were able to get me in rather quickly. Everyone was extremely nice and I truly felt like they cared about me. Dr. Hollas was very thorough and explained everything quite well. I really enjoyed my visit and plan on going back.
