Had to do one of the hardest things yesterday and that's to put my 14 year old dog to sleep. I've never used this vet before but will now be my favorite. The vet I've always used has no bedside manners. But this one was loving on my poor old guy . Telling him he was sorry for the needle poke. Petting him and making sure he was comfortable. Made this experience so much better. And after all day going back and forth if I was doing the right thing I through them for a loop when I went in for appointment and asked if we could save him instead. I assume the doctor overheard because when we went back he immediately started running tests to see if there was a chance. Unfortunately there wasn't but the fact he even tried means so much to me. Thank y'all so much for getting us in on a timely manner and for taking care of my good boy the way you did.

Dr. Echols is the BEST vet we have ever had. Not only does he have a true heart for animals but he is also extremely knowledgeable. He always goes above and beyond. He has called in very specific customized prescriptions to both CVS and Walmart for our pets when needed, met us after hours. and on weekends. Pharmacists at both locations remarked that "he really knew his stuff" Dr. Echols is exceptional!

What can I say about this vet? Words cannot describe how grateful I am! He saved my Haidee's life. She is my Service Dog, my baby and my best friend and I almost lost her! 5 other vets could not even tell me what was wrong with her. But this wonderful, compassionate, caring, kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, wise and patient vet found the problem. He truly did save her life. He and our fantastic Humane Society. My dog had lost almost all of her hair, was skin and bones(way under weight), and had absolutely no energy. She could not eat dog food at all. The only thing she could keep down was chicken and rice. She had been seen by 5 vets already and none could find the cause. As heartbreaking as it was, I called the Humain Society and asked them to take my dog and find her someone that could take care of her. I was ready to give her up to save her life. I am a senior on Social Security and was almost completely out of money. I wanted them to give her to someone who could afford to get her proper care. They did not take her. Instead they helped me. They told me to take her to their vet, telling me that he was the best and if anyone could help her he could. They even helped with the bill. They did not lie! He is the best!! The difference in my dog from the first day she went there, almost completely bald, unable to eat dogfood, extremely underweight and at one time even hemorrhaging (a lot) and now, is amazing!! This vet, by the grace of God, gave me my baby and Service Dog back. He is a gift from God to all animal lovers. He was amazingly patient with this desperate, crying, grown woman, in his office, as well as another crying pet mom that same day. She had come to the vet thinking she would be having her, very sick, kitty put down. This amazing vet said, he was not ready to give up on that kitty yet and was treating it as I was leavig. Haidee and I highly recommend this place!! They also have very reasonable prices. I am adding before and after pics of Haidee.
