Brady Eye Clinic

We used to go somewhere else, out of town. But I decided to go give this place a try. The receptionist is a little (no lie) rude. She talked to me like I was beneath her. Only bc I didn't have my insurance card. And bc she had to look for my information. Even though she was rude, she found my information, and for this I'm thankful. The other workers are very nice and professional. My daughter especially, liked a worker named Hannah. My daughter said she was nice and walked my daughter through what was gonna happen. We love Brady eye clinic. It was so nice to have local friendly faces greet us and walk us through the process of first time glasses!! Doing a video call with an optometrist was innovative and my son was able to receive a prescription that made his world a whole lot clearer!! I loved that we didn’t have to drive to the big city for quality eye care.
The sweet tech who did the initial eye exams worked great with my son, explaining everything before she did the next test; he was very curious and she answered everything on a level he could understand.
