The Element Salon & Spa is a welcoming and comfortable shop in Bowie. It is a great all-around experience. The staff are super nice, laid-back, and professional. They are super easy to talk to and actually listen to what you want. The salon offers haircuts, color, and massages. Services are fantastic, wonderful, and amazing. Stylists provide beautiful color and great cuts. Massages are great at getting knots out. The business is highly recommended for anyone looking for a new stylist or massage. It is a cute shop with lots of services to check out. They accommodate schedules and reply quickly.

She is an absolute gem! She’s got that perfect mix of laid-back and professional—super warm, super easy to talk to, and she actually listens to what you want (rare, right?). I used to go to high-end salons in Dallas, but honestly? Her cuts are just as good, if not better. Highly recommend.
Great ALL around experience! New to the Bowie area and I messaged their Facebook page about needing a out of normal appointment because of my work schedule and quickly received a reply back with a stylist that could accommodate me. The Element is a cute shop in Bowie that is welcoming, comfortable and looks like they have lots of services that I need to check out. Karli was amazing! She listened to me about a bad experience that had ruined my hair(out of state salon). Karli made sure I got a beautiful color and that my hair didn't get any more damage. Got my first massage from Rachel today, she was amazing and very professional. She made feel comfortable during the whole service and managed to get quiet a lot of knots! Made my second appointment for next month. Definitely recommend her!
