Our dog dislikes car travel and is scared at the vet’s visits, so we’ve relied on her receiving her immunizations in the car. This year she needed to be weighed and the tech came to the car and had no problem getting her to walk into the office for weight, exam, and immunizations. She then proceeded to calmly walk back out to the car and jumped in. It was a complete transformation from the previous year’s visit. The staff was calm, spoke softly to her, treated her gently and with respect and she responded accordingly. It was the best appointment we have had and it was because of the great care of the staff. Kudos to them all.

Our dog had a seizure and I was unable to get into any of our local vets for an emergency appointment. I ended up getting referred to Cross Timbers, and Dr. Miller was kind enough to accept us for an emergency appointment after hours despite us living an hour away from their clinic. When we arrived, he and his team were polite and professional. Dr. Miller did a great job with our dog during this scary event, and he made sure we understood more about seizures and how to handle them going forward if it happens again.

My 13 year old cat Dexter is feeling great and back to normal. Doctor was informative and we were given all our options. Xrays showed an abscess and it treated. By the middle of the night Dexter was up moving and behaving like normal again. Thank you.
