We haven't had a bad experience yet. I take my two boys in (both are under 6yrs old), and the girls are amazing with them. Always patient and smiling. The boys love getting their hair cut.
It's a great place to get your haircut. The only problem is they go thru so many hairstylists that it's hard to get a favorite stylist. So far, I haven't had a bad haircut either. From my experiences, I do recommend getting your haircut here.
Jodie cut my Mop hair into a short manageable cut. Oh by the way, I didn't check in until I walked in, immediately seated me for a cut. Nice people, clean shop. I'll be back. Jodie was awesome!!
