“Seven months after our mini split was installed, the unit came loose from the wall. I contacted the company late Saturday night and they came to fix it Monday morning. It was observed the unit was not originally anchored properly and that was promptly corrected. I appreciate the quick response to this situation and compliment the technician for his service.“
