My wife and I had a pipe burst in our house recently and I was given a reference to Hukills by a coworker at just the right time! Usually, I shop around from several sources before I make a decision but a new from my first interaction with them that I had made a good choice. The company is a family owned company and operates around Basic values of how I like to do business: where your word is your word , and you don’t have to worry about the job being completed to the end or without integrity. My experience was favorable in that they worked around my intense work schedule, they always arrived on time which was impressive, and the contractors themselves including Pat Hernan Junior and Jeff we’re always very nice And respectful.
I would use them again and recommend them for any restoration services that you need. Good group of people for sure!!

I looked around at a number of schools in the area for my son. I wanted to enroll him in karate not to teach him to fight, but because I wanted him to learn self control, community, respect, and also to help him with his strength, especially in his core. My son is special needs and started at age 6. The Sabumnim there realized pretty quickly that a full class setting wasn't a good fit for him. So they sat down with us and rather than say "we can't do this" like so many places had in the past, he said "I think he would do better in private lessons for a while." WOW. So we did that. Still very reasonable in price, but it allowed my kiddo to learn in a setting that was appropriate for him. We did that for 2 years until the instructors invited him into class. Now at age nine, he is almost ready to move up to the bigger kids classes and start the full belt path. The kindness, the patience that the entire Karate Workshop family has is amazing. They understand his issues, but they don't bow to them. He is accommodated to a point, but if his behavior is out of bounds, they call him on it and there are appropriate steps taken to work past it. They don't do the "every six months or weeks you move up a belt" thing here. If you are looking for them to give you a belt rank just for showing up, this isn't the school for you. You or your child have to work to earn it. When you get those stripes and ranks, it's because you deserve to have it. You can actually do what is expected at that level. They also make sure they build community there. All of us feel it, feel welcome and like we matter. We use each others services and promote each other's companies and work. It's a pretty amazing place all around.
We are so happy we chose there service. They made our home look like new. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

Knicked a wire while cutting a hole to run a tv cable behind a wall and needed some help figuring out just how damaged I’d done. I called Ernie first thing this morning and he had someone here by early afternoon. Turner was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed in under an hour. Very reasonable rate and thorough job. Highly recommend.

I have attended this school since 2009 and learn something new each class, Master Perez and the instructor team under him are top notch and will teach real life self defense scenarios that anyone could possibly encounter. Not only do you learn self defense, but I have also witnessed students self confidence sky rocket as they realize what they are capable of. I have true love for this academy and it truly feels like family.

I've been going to De Grasse for years- I think close to 10 years now. We started to go to her for my eye problems, and I got the whole family to join me in seeing De Grasse. She is so down to earth, cares about you as a person, and will calm all worries. She will explain what is happening and truly makes the experience a lot better. I haven't met a single person that works there that is rude - they are all nice, soft spoken, and caring. Go see De Grasse- she is amazing and we love her.

We had two huge trees removed by Timber. They did an awesome job. They did not let any branches fall on a fence or into the neighbors' yard, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up every branch no matte3r how small. They have great customer service skills, are extremely professional, and it is very interesting to watch! Again, overall they did a fantastic job!

Another big sell for me was how warmly friendly the entire staff was, not that fake patronizing type of friendly , but genuine comfortable and welcoming friendly. I love it and left very happy.

Most nail salons don't do much for my feet even when I ask them to pay special attention to certain spots on my foot. Ryan listened and we above and beyond. He said its his job but it made me feel pampered and refreshed.

I still gave a 5 star because apparently this man does good work and I don't want to take away from that but that's not what I wanted. Trying to stay local and deal with a specific person or business not a corporation. Have had issues w/ AHS in the past.
