Took my Dad there today and we both had our hair cut. Kim and Cindy did a great job! They were also very pleasant to visit with. I have been going to the Benbrook Greatclips for 18 years. Betty, Cindy and Kim always do a wonderful job on my haircut. I don't even have to tell them how to cut to since they already know. It makes my haircut at Greatclips very hassle free.
My son and I went to the Benbrook Texas location. I never get my hair cut here, but missed my hair appointment elsewhere a few weeks ago & decided I would get a cut, too. I was impressed. I told her the cut I wanted & she nailed it. After going to expensive salons & asking them for the same cut which always missed the mark. $20 versus $120+ elsewhere & actually got the cut I wanted. I feel that a lot of salons simply don't listen to what you truly want & just do a version of what they want instead. I will be back!
