9/1/22 My mom was scheduled to have her septic pump pumped today, and was told that the son would be there after he took his kids to school this morning. Called all day, and no one answered or called us back. Eddy called at 130 and asked if his son had come, and response was no. The son calls and states that he will be there at 4 to dig, it’s now 430 and no one has showed. Once again I’ve called and only get the answering machine. Is this really how you do business, and supposedly you’ve been in business for 30 years! We will not recommend your services to anyone we know. Very unprofessional, very unreliable.

Called to have septic tank pumped, offered earlier time when other appointment cancelled. Always pleasant to deal with, always responsive, reasonably priced.

Eddie, owner of Yount's, emptied our septic in Morgan's Point Resort. I used them after they came highly recommended by my neighbor. He was on time, reasonably priced, and worked hard to locate and empty our septic in just a couple of hours. Since then, my neighbor across the street and my Aunt have also used him and been very satisfied!

I know little about Septic tanks and decided to call this service after reading the positive reviews on yelp. Was in need of a Septic inspection, and called Yount to see if they did inspections or if he knew someone that did. Eddie told me he could inspect my septic tank, but he would need to pump it out first, in order to inspect it properly, for no charge, because he couldn't understand why inspectors would charge for pumping sewage out for an inspection. I was under the impression I was getting a Septic tank inspection. Eddy arrives and I showed him my Septic location, he proceeds and pumps out my Septic, which was only about 12" of sewage. The Septic tank was very low and didn't need to be pump, but I figured it was part of the inspection like he said. Eddy observed I had a second Septic tank, and at my request, he located it and started digging dirt off the tank to locate the lid for about 20 minutes, he couldn't locate it, and told me, "I don't know what to tell you, I could bring my excavator, but that would be expensive". I declined his offer, and I asked how was the other Septic tank, he said it worked fine, all he had done at that point was pump it. Then he charged me $425, no invoice of charges to services, just $425 for pumping and digging. I asked him why so much?, "he said, it's because he drove from Salado, and had to do some digging. I asked, "how much you charge for pumping?", he said," $375 to drive to Copperas Cove". I'm guessing $50 for the digging. I should have clarified exactly what services he was providing and for how much, my mistake, won't happen again. I'm only writing this to share my experience.

I think they went out of business. I had an 8:30am appointment with them yesterday. I made it in early January. They never showed up. When I called their number it rings and rings. Before I left a message and they got back to me. Now I can not get anything. No answering machine and no one answers the hourly phone calls I made. I can only assume they are no longer in business. I wasted a day waiting for them because I had an appointment.

Eddie was professional, prompt and extremely fair with his pricing! He did not hassle me for a contract. He gave me great advice for maintaining my septic moving forward to ensure that I would only need it emptied once every three to five years. I will never let anyone else touch our septic! Highly recommend.

Extremely outstanding service and pricing yesterday from Eddie of Yount Sewer. We were on his schedule, then the heavy rain hit. Once the sun came out, Eddie headed to our home for service, even though it was nearly 7pm! He was extremely professional, pleasant to deal with, and reasonably priced. We are new to septic tanks, and he was great to explain our system. Thankful for Yount Septic!
