Daniel responded to a emergency call quickly with water leaking unto hallway carpet from AC condenser line. Did a great job removing the water and left fan blowing overnight to make sure hallway carpet was dry. Excellent service!

Though Daniel was prompt for a last minute- next day carpet cleaning service, it definitely was NOT nearly clean or sanitary for a professional job costing a total, including tax of $151.55 for 2 small rooms and closet. I decided on Xtreme because it had great reviews and good ratings. My kids are allergic to animals and prior to moving in our rental home I decided to have the carpets professionally cleaned rather than doing it myself to ensure sanitation. The previous tenants had long-haired pet(s). The carpets had no stains and appeared to be clean to the naked eye. I went over the carpets several times with a Shark AND Dyson vacuum cleaner as thoroughly as possible before Daniel arrived. He arrived very promptly on Thursday and performed his service in 30 min. We had not completely settled in yet when my daughter had a topical adverse reaction from sitting on the carpet that was supposedly cleaned with “pet enzyme”. So…..the pics are the result of me going through the carpet a SECOND time… NOT FIRST! BUT SECOND! with a rented Bissell carpet cleaner 3 days later on Sunday. By anyone’s standard is this considered remotely clean. I do not expect clear water but I definitely do NOT expect black/grey water after a professionally cleaned service. @xtreme (Daniel) …..just because the appearance of a carpet seem to be clean doesn’t mean it always is; or when a customer says their children are allergic to pets, doesn’t mean they are trying to exaggerate in order to get the expected professional service represented by your company. It means if it’s TRULY “XTREME CLEAN” then I wouldn’t have to spend my own efforts and money to clean up after a job you have already supposedly represented to ensure. And for those of you speculating if the carpets are able to get cleaned if it was that dirty…. YES, I did it with a rented cleaner at a local store; it took me longer because it’s not a commercial equipment for big jobs.
