As a first (and now second) time massage patient, I can't say enough great things about The Retreat!Thank you, Brook, for the amazing new addiction. I'll be back regularly, I feel so much better!I'm getting used to this new sensation of relaxed muscles and diminished stress.

I received a massage from DeMarr. He was very knowledgeable and respectful during the session. I would definitely recommend anyone who has pain to come and see him. Since having this one message I am almost pain free. I am now able to walk around more easily. I plan to return for more visits.

Self Care is a vital part of health care. Muscle tension leads to so many other acute and chronic issues that end up being treated with medication or corrected with surgery.
