This was my first time at Shelley’s Salon and it was a great experience. I felt very taken care of and got my hair all fixed, I was just in for a basic blowout and it was so nice. Leila and I chatted and talked about what style I wanted and she offered to pamper me more with curls! My only recommendation for next time with her will be using a smaller size barrel for the curls so that they hold longer, they didn’t last much longer after I left the salon which doesn’t bother me this time since I didn’t go specifically for curls.

I have been going back to this hair salon 3 times now with Bobbi. She is very attentive and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I have very long hair, way past my waist and was going to spend the same amount of money for not the best treatment. I also didn't want my hair messed up since I have tried very hard to regrow it from hair loss from COVID. She is amazing and would recommend to treat yourself, it is pricey but worth it. I go every 2 months ❤️

I am so disappointed in this salon. As a full-time mom, I rarely get the chance to do something for myself, and I was genuinely excited to finally book a blowout. I showed up on time, deposit paid, baby in his stroller, only to be told I couldn’t be serviced simply because I had my infant with me. I fully understand not wanting older kids running around for safety reasons, but my baby was contained in a stroller and would have stayed right by my side.
Instead of being accommodating or understanding, I was turned away and told my deposit could only sit on my account to “rebook.” Why would I want to rebook after being treated this way? I had already carved out the time, gotten ready, and made the effort to be there. As a mom, finding childcare for an infant isn’t always possible, and this was supposed to be a moment just for me.
What makes this worse is that the no-child policy was hidden in tiny fine print on the booking page, not clearly posted anywhere else on their website. I left the salon feeling dismissed, frustrated, and honestly hurt. Businesses should value their clients and show compassion especially when someone is simply trying to enjoy a small break for themselves. Unfortunately, this salon showed none of that.
I will never book or have anything nice to say about this establishment. There should be grace and understanding for simple mistakes made.

Bri was great she explained everything and consulted with my daughter about her style. We took her recommendations and my daughter left loving her new cut made this momma so happy highly recommend Bri she’s amazing!!! The front desk girls were so sweet and helpful the entire experience was absolutely great will definitely be back.

i just got my hair done here and i am so happy to say they did a great job, it was my first time getting my hair done professionally and they were also very sweet, kenzie did an amazing job on my hair! i usually don’t leave reviews anywhere but they were amazing and did amazing

I had such an amazing experience with my stylist, I came in telling her I’d like to just relax, feel refreshed, and be blonder and she went above and beyond my expectations. I had such an amazing experience with her and every other employee that I encountered. My husband brought me in for my birthday and everyone was so lovely. What an amazing salon environment, from the front desk to everyone I encountered. My hair is stunning, and my skin feels so refreshed!! I’ll definitely be back.
I saw Carley for my hair, and Heidi for a facial and I feel like a whole new woman!

Bobbi is an excellent hairstylist. We had discussed before the appointment about what I wanted and added her expertise to the conversation. When I arrived for the appointment, she reiterated what we had discussed previously before moving forward with the color and cut. Bobbi has a way of putting me at ease and feeling comfortable with going out of my comfort zone.
