I had previously left a 5-star review (5 years ago), so I called Rich Services again when I needed my AC checked. Again was given stellar service. The service tech, Adam P., was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I continue to be pleased with Rich Services, even 5 years later. That shows some incredible consistency on their part.

We were referred to this company by a friend who had nothing but positive things to say, and now that we've experienced their service ourselves, we couldn't agree more! We scheduled an estimate, and they even called to let us know they could come earlier--who does that these days? Of course, we said yes. Jacob arrived on time and was incredibly courteous. He explained everything in simple terms that were easy to understand and provided us with the estimate in record time. His professionalism was outstanding. On installation day, Bart and Adam called ahead to confirm they were on their way. They arrived promptly and reiterated the scope of the work to be completed.... read full review
