My tech (Raymond) was professional and explained to me everything that he was doing and everything he did. Best service call I ever had. I also signed up for their AC service. A+ in my book.

They were able to come out the very next day. They were professional courteous and helpful. Sent photos of pieces of the unit and explained what the issues were and how that impacted the unit.

Moore Air, LLC is the best. My new AC unit stopped working because of a safety that shut off the AC instead of causing water damage to my home. I called for service on Friday night 8/29, of course a holiday weekend. Lash was awesome and made a suggestion on how we could get the AC to work again, so that I would not be charged an after hours service call. It worked and the AC was working. Moore Air called this morning and offered to come out at no charge to check the system and make sure everything was ok. Lash came out and he cleared the drain pipe better than what we had done. The drain pipe is not under warranty and not part of the system. Still no charge for this first... read full review
