Monarch is actually a collection of independent beauty service providers under one roof. I think it's important to look up reviews for the actual provider with which you're making an appointment. That being said, Monarch is a very nice setup. The building is well maintained & clean. It seems the owner is selective regarding tenants thus creating a higher end salon appearance, but a down home country welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely felt completely comfortable during my service.

Morgan Weber did SUCH an amazing job on my hair!! I wanted a lived in bright but natural looking blonde (complicated I know) and she NAILED it. Highly recommend her ♡
She will be doing my wedding color for sure!!

I booked with Kayla for my daughter’s first haircut and she did so amazing! I’ve been looking around for someone who could cut my daughter’s curly hair and Kayla did wonderful! She was also really great with her and my daughter left smiling and loving the experience as well as her new style! I definitely recommend!
