We were pleased with the support and patience shown by our Dossman coordinator, Brittany. Despite multiple revisions of the obituary she remained calm and respectful of our wishes. My mother’s ashes were quickly returned. We were happy with the thorough information provided as we worked through the process. In such a sensitive time we couldn’t have turned to a better resource.

The ladies went above and beyond to help our family whether it was answering any questions we had, to make sure we had everything we need to set up for the viewing. Even after the service they have contacted several time to check in on the family. ♥
