Minute Key

Minute Key has a heck of a service. I needed a key to get into my pump house, and rather than return (45 min) to get a key I was able to stop by the MK kiosk and cheaply cut a replacement. Their online key copies are a game changing idea. I've also shared keys with contractors which saved us all time. I'm a big fan!

Overall It works well. I had problem in swapping the credit card. The store clerks said Lowe’s doesn’t own the machine and nobody came to calibrate regularly either. Also the alert on the screen can be made more clear. Like “don’t forget to take your keys” to “don’t forget to take your original key”. Instead of din don sound for alerting the customer, it would be better to use a human voice to alter the customer for better communication.
