“I just want to express how fantastic my hair looks after Dania did my hair. My first visit I asked her to put chunky lo-lites in my long mostly gray hair, and she did it exactly the way I wanted it. She listened to me and created the exact look I wanted. Then last Saturday I went in to have her cut my long hair. It had dead ends and looked stringy. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She and I then discussed together how she thought she could do it. Again, she did it perfectly. It looks so good and stylish now. She cut off about 3 inches. She has always given me her input and then gets my approval before doing my hair. She is also the kindest person. She really knows her stuff. I have started following her on Instagram. Few months ago I moved from north to south Austin and was dreading the commute to the lash artist I'd go to in Mueller before my move for a lash lift. Over many years I've seen different artists but Sassy Lash Studio truly takes the cake. I've only been to Julie, but I know that she trains her staff to deliver the same caliber of service across the board so I'd be comfortable with anyone else here too

My lashes are so stubborn, so I'm pretty used to not walking out with the results I want on the first try. They're thick, point straight down, and just don't cooperate. At the beginning of my first appointment Julie took a couple of minutes to talk through what I was looking to achieve, which included me showing her a picture shape or curl of lashes I wanted. NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED ME THAT BEFORE! Julie was so careful to not over-process my lashes and educated me on why sometimes lashes get all crinkled. I've also tried the keratin-infused lash lift which was great (this is the only place I've seen that has it)

“I really enjoyed my experience here. I found this company using Groupon for a reasonably priced full set of lashes and a fill, which I timed for the holidays and a couple of major trips. First thing to know is that it's located in the "community building" of an apartment complex, along with several other businesses. I was confused at first trying to find it. My lashes came out really nice and lasted for a good long time. Cinthya (or Genesis) was very soft spoken -- she hardly said much at all, but she did great work. She seemed to take COVID precautions very seriously, with a health intake form and also by wearing a mask. At one point, I inquired about other services she offered, such as brow waxing, and she said she did them -- I would have expected a bit of an upsell, or an offer to add on that service to my appointment, but she didn't offer.If I lived closer, I would definitely try some of her other services. Overall, I would recommend this business!“
