I noticed the low reviews when I made my appointment and figured they were just disgruntled patients. That was my mistake. I filled out the 13 pages of patient paperwork (electronically) and called to find out where I could email the forms I filled out electronically. I was told by the receptionist that, “We don’t have an e-mail. If you can’t print out your paperwork then you will need to arrive 45 minutes prior to your appointment and fill it out again.”

I showed up over an hour early for my appointment. The lady at the front desk was too busy to give me any attention. Made me sign a piece of paper and then never signed me in. Well after my appointment was to start the nurse came looking for me and thats when we figured out the front desk lady isn't qualified for her job. While waiting on my appointment I watched atleast 3 of people have issues related to appointments and getting signed in. If you get past the front desk the people in the back do a good job. Good luck and may the odds be in your favor!
