We had a super short option period and these guys were able to get out there pretty much next day on short notice to get the inspection in and provided top notch service. Scott answered all of our (and our realtors’) questions and got us our report in time before our option period ended with plenty of time to discuss and review. Another perk is the ability to communicate by email and text—at work I often cannot step away for a call so that is great to get things done quickly! I also greatly appreciate the 360 photo feature as it’s helped us to go back and look at the home more thoroughly to plan out repairs in the meantime as we wait to close.
