Based on the reviews, Nerdworks Services delivers proactive technology solutions to small businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. This place is absolutely amazing. Phillip and Craig assisted with computer issues and made customers feel very valued. They are nice, helpful people, very knowledgeable in this area. It was a great experience. When an appointment time could not be made, Craig was very kind and worked with the customer. A computer issue was fixed in 15 minutes after the customer had been trying for months. This was exceptional service. Craig, the Founder, is consistently thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping small businesses make better use of technology. He brings a strong IT background and a practical, service-oriented approach. He is a professional with an impressive background in IT leadership and a deep understanding of how technology should support small businesses. Craig was very thorough and communicative with laptop issues, even if it was outside their usual purview. Customers highly recommend Craig and his team for their kindness and professionalism.

Great experience! I could'n't make my appointment time and Craig was very kind a worked with me. I sat there and he fixed my computer issue in 15 minutes. I'd been trying for months- literally! I don't write many reviews, but this was exceptional service.I would use them again and recommend them whole heartedly.
