I called Doug on Tuesday at about 3pm and he was able to come out within 24 hours the next day at 2pm. He expertly diagnosed the problem (which was the capacitor), replaced it and everything is working great after. Doug was very professional minimized time inside the house, tidied up, and was on his way. Doug did not try to upsell on any services or products which I’ve had with the other larger companies. I’m definitely going to use Doug again as I’m an huge fan and supporter of owner operated companies.

Doug gave me a detailed description of what the problem was. He even loaned me a portable AC to help us while the part was being delivered. He made a total of three trips to the house and didn’t try to get any payment until the job was complete. I highly recommend Just Right for cooling/heating needs that you might need help with.

This is where you go for an honest person to help you out! We went with a big box company that was trying to get us to buy a $10,000 new unit..Doug came out and cleaned our outdoor unit thoroughly and fixed our issues!
