Ambience In-Home Care has been fantastic in securing and providing caregiving for my uncle, a disabled veteran who lives out in the country and requires help with his tasks, shopping, meals and medication. Ben and Pam have been very kind, helpful and timely in meeting with us, addressing our needs and always being available in person and by telephone. Thanks y’all, we really appreciate the assistance and professionalism!

Almost 2 years ago my dad suffered a stroke. After a lengthy recovery which including numerous trips back to the hospital and about 3 months in rehab it became clear that my dad was going to require 24 hour care so I started looking at options. The first company I hired was a nightmare. The care, if someone actually showed up to do their job, was very poor. As I was looking to replace that company we had someone refer a wonderful couple to us who had been caregivers for 30+ years. We hired them and have been very happy with their care but we still needed a backup when they weren’t available.
