Been a patient of Dr Halberts / Tyler's for a while. Most time the clinic is welcoming staff are friendly and helpful, patients in waiting room are usually kind and just quietly waiting their turn all except last week. Two very rude elderly women were judging (loudly) the other patients saying (not so nice) things about people. But that's going to happen anywhere you go I suppose. It's just a sad thing to see the elderly humans (mankind that the younger generations are suppose to look up to) being hateful. It's a shame. That's not what I want my children to look up to. So 4 out of 5 stars due to it was a bad experience and hopefully never going to have to deal with them… read full review

Appointment time was honored, my time spent in the waiting room was less than 10 minutes. Once in the back, my wait for the doctor was less the 5 minutes. The entire staff was very courteous and welcoming! Dr. Halbert was very thorough and engaging.
