Horrible!

Feb 2026

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in today and the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t acknowledge me or answer when I spoke to her. When she finally responded, all she did was ask for my last name with zero explanation or courtesy.
The attitude alone was enough for me to say I don’t want your business and walk right back out. No greeting, no help, no professionalism whatsoever.
If you value basic respect and customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

You know why they have 1 star? Cuz was not 1pm and they were closed before 12:30pm really?? Where is the management there! So disappointed.
