Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in today and the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t acknowledge me or answer when I spoke to her. When she finally responded, all she did was ask for my last name with zero explanation or courtesy.
The attitude alone was enough for me to say I don’t want your business and walk right back out. No greeting, no help, no professionalism whatsoever.
If you value basic respect and customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was greeted in a derisive tone on 01/08/24 at 2:18 PM when I picked up my jacket. The person that served me refused to do so until I addressed her in a very specific way. I would have left immediately, but she was holding my jacket hostage, so I accepted her derision. I've been doing business at this location occasionally since I moved here in 1992 and have never been treated like this before. I suggest you visit another Munro's location for the time being.
