I am super pleased with my experience at Elite Pet Resort, my 4month old goldendoodle had his first groom appointment there, the ladies were so nice and the place was super clean. The dogs looked extremely happy to be there, as it is also a doggie daycare as well. He was only there maybe an hour and they told me to come pick him up, after I saw him for the first time, I wasn't 100% pleased with his groom, he looked very not so cute in the face anymore, kinda sad, but I knew it would grow back and I would be looking for another groomer. But the owner saw my concerns and she stated she would fix it for me free of charge. She really seems like she care about her fur...read full review
Doesn't smell like piss(or Posh) and didn't kill my pets or send them home with hookworms
