Beaumont Family Practice Associates has a team of incredible doctors and staff who address patient concerns quickly and professionally. While some patients have experienced issues with the front desk and billing, the practice has shown a willingness to improve. Patients appreciate the helpfulness of some staff members, such as those who assist with setting up new appointments and updating records. Overall, the practice has a good reputation, with some patients choosing to stay despite minor issues.
This place has been a great doctor’s office. They are very thorough and quick to respond, making sure you receive all your information quickly. The staff and doctors are excellent.
My Doctor left with no notice but, I called and the young lady that helped me was very helpful with setting me up with a new Doctor and updating my Records I must say also the front Desk could be a little more Professional but overall my experience has been good so I have chosen to stay with the Practice until I experience something different. A little improvement is needed by some of the reviews so Im sure the concerns will be addressed.
I have been seeing Dr. Church aka Bud for around 5 years. I enjoy seeing him but his employees that answer the phone and in billing are extremely rude and unprofessional. I just called to make an appointment and sat on hold for 22 minutes and then got transferred to Charlotte in Billing and Charlotte kept talking over me, wouldnt let me get a word in, and even began screaming at me. I did not find this action to be professional at all. I have used to the same insurance since seeing Dr.Church.
