Took a couple of weeks to get the wheelchair, and it’s smaller than what I’d hoped. But I can’t complain because once I received it, I was able to leave my room. And get my own food, instead of waiting for someone else. So all in all I’m more independent than I was before I received it
The company as a whole is a good company but the delivery department doesn't follow directions. Delivery was supposed to be in the afternoon so that I could be available but the delivery person showed up in the morning.
Russell and the ladies in the office were great!! Russell delivered my scooter to me at the hospital personally and get me all set up! The ladies in the office were very nice and accommodating when handling my insurance info and copay! Great service!! Thank you Apria!
