I don't understand all the bad reviews. We have them taking care of both my parents and they have been the best. The show up every week 3 times a week to bath them, the nurse comes every week to check their health. They provide respite care 5 nights a month. They have been so helpful in a time that has been so stressful for my family. Thank you Accent care for being there for us. I don't know how we ever done it without you.

Worse company too work with as a client no one ever answers the phone returns phone calls I will be calling my case manager with my insurance company to change provider service this very unprofessional.I Don't recommend this company ever for homehealth services

This company should be ashamed of themselves. My mother had multiple no shows and when people would show up they would just play on their phone or be EXTREMELY rude. When the company was notified they seemed like they didn't care and just dismissed any concerns. Do better.
