Brandy was/is an amazing person to deal with. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very calming in a high stress situation. She came at the end of her shift, when other companies wouldn’t come. And she stayed long after she was meant to be off for the day. She diagnosed everything that was wrong inside and out of my units. If I ever need another repair person, I want it to be her! She is extremely detailed and made sure i understood everything as well as had pictures to understand or see parts I couldn’t physically see for myself. I highly recommend asking for her!
Nick did a very thorough and detailed job on our HVAC system -- he was professional, friendly and courteous-- and went out of his way to do all that he could to complete the job. The best technician I have ever encountered at Air Comfort. Thank you very much for the great work.
