Reviews
They have come out several times to work on my stuff, on a house I just bought. The sticker on the ac unit has saved my life many times, bc the realtor was horrible. Teresa has been very helpful and Jason has done a great job each time he's been to my house. Highly recommend. They have good specials as well!
My tech was Waylon Nelson. First I was disappointed because it wasn’t Waylon Jennings or Willie Nelson. But then I came to the conclusion that maybe he was such a badass that he had to carry two legends names. And let’s say I was not disappointed! We have a few rentals and are investors so I deal a lot with contractors and have come to expect the least of least on customer service and pride in their work with most contractors. Waylon was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything from start to finish. From the cause to the solution. I couldn’t be more grateful to 409 Group for sending him to me. 100 outta 10. Will use again!!
