“Ive been using this gym since the 24 hour fitness closed down. I love that I can go any time I want. Its usually not crowded except around 6pm. Yeah, the dumbbells are mis-matched, but 20lb is 20lb regardless of looks. I appreciate that cleaning wipes are always stocked. I see the staff cleaning pretty regularly. I like the upgrades that have been done recently; adding in the speed bag, hanging bag, Mag Rack, sauna, and hydro-massage. This gym has everything I need to get great effective workouts in a no frills, down to earth environment.“
