My child is a patient at Legacy and was having some concerning issues. When I called for an appointment, there was nothing available for 2-4 weeks (due to a recent move). When the person on the phone heard the concern in my voice, she went over and beyond to find an appointment for my child within 24 hours. These guys rock!!!
It was hard to get the first appointment and if you have to cancel and reschedule there is a VERY long wait for another appointment. But other than that, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. When my mom's Dr. retires this year I'm moving her to Legacy and hopefully Dr. Shelton can take care of her as well.
Trying to maintain routine care is getting near impossible. Scheduling routine appointments is ridiculously getting harder every month.But the staff is awesome!!They all know my name, especially the ladies at the front desk!!
