Calls r never answered... I usually get an approval for 2 months later and when I call back a week before or thr day of appointment, Noone answers the call .. I m not sure if I dhould just show up and after I go there , there is a surprise. Very unprofessional ...

Very unprofessional and very entitled staff. I had the lady at the front desk get stern with me because I asked if I can get a sooner appointment than 2 weeks later and she was so rude and was not willing to help me. I feel like these places should have some kind of professionalism and yet there is NONE at all.very ghetto ?

The women who come here are humble in accepting much needed help at this time of increasing cost of living.... the employees of the establishment could be just a little empathetic. No one deserves to be belittled, no matter what the income status. It is disgusting and disappointing to see women working for women be so ugly and act above people who are in need.
