Monique was empathetic and understanding & got me in within an hour of calling. After a consultation & showing her a pic of the style I wanted she convinced me that my bangs weren't quite ready for that particular style; so I decided at that point that just trimming the raggedy ends & giving the frame around my face an actual frame was a good place to start. After abt 30ish minutes I saw a huge improvement & she had restored my faith in stylists & quelled my anxiety. I left the salon feeling confident & happy knowing that my hair wasn't the absolute wreck it was going in & it looked healthy again.
