I called Wilson’s Heating and Air this evening. (A Friday) I left a message and almost immediately got a call back from Nichole. They were out within 30 minutes. The technician, Shawn was extremely friendly and fair. He explained to me what had happened and why. He had a solution for the problem and my A/C was up and running in a fairly short period of time. They recommended some changes to my unit, but it was not a hard sell and the recommendations were not real expensive. They have a customer for life, and anybody I come across that is looking for HVAC repair will receive my recommendation to use Wilson’s Heating and Air.

We called Wilson’s Heating and Air, David came out and was super helpful & provided us with multiple options to repair our A/C system. We picked the best one that fit our needs & everything is working great. I would highly recommend this company! We have finally found our go to A/C company!

So far I have had Wilson's Heater and Air come out several times for various reasons. The Tech was amazing. They know their stuff. While their pricing on certain parts is questionable, the tech's knowledge and friendliness is amazing. I will use them in the future.
