We hired Wilson’s Air for the full AC and heating installation on our new build in Austin, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional. On time, communicative, and clearly knew what they were doing. Installing two large AC units is no small job, and they handled everything seamlessly. What really sets Wilson’s Air apart, though, is their commitment to their customers after the job is done. A rat chewed through one of the electrical lines feeding into one of our units which was completely out of their control and definitely not a warranty issue and they still showed up and helped us get it sorted... read full review

AC stopped cooling but inside fan continued to run okay. Contacted Wilson's afterhours on a Tuesday evening and Nicole replied via email shortly afterwards with an update stating they could dispatch a Tech for Wednesday mid-day. Got a text from her early Wednesday morning to confirm and Sean arrived mid afternoon to test and confirm my suspicion of a bad capacitor at the outside unit. He was very courteous and efficient in diagnosing and replacing the bad component and am now cooling again and good to go!
