I went in today for my first massage in over 10 years. Ron was absolutely amazing, and very respectful. I wish time would stand still during the massages. He was extremely attentive to what brought me in and after just 1 session with him I am already feeling relief. I scheduled my next with him already and cannot wait! The whole place was extremely clean, smelled amazing, very quiet and so relaxing. I cannot recommend enough for you to go!!

I want to offer a testimonial, not just a recommendation. In August 2023, I was diagnosed by multiple orthopedic surgeons with a completely worn-out right shoulder. My options were ongoing quarterly steroids shots or shoulder replacement. I made the decision in November to move forward with shoulder replacement.
My rotator cuff and the surrounding soft tissue were fine. The bone ball and socket in the joint were shot. Healthy muscle and soft tissue make the surgery easier, recovery faster, etc. I committed to crossfiber corrective muscle therapy by Carmella Culp every week to ten days from then until surgery.
