This place is a joke. My family moved here over the summer and tried to setup primary care here. Took a couple months to get our children in, but they were eventually seen. 2 of our children have prescriptions that we have to call each month for refills. Every time we call it is more than an hour on hold to get it done. My wife also tried to set up primary care here. The earliest appointment was more than 2 months out but whatever. We were willing to wait. We get the reminder/confirmation 2 weeks out. She goes to the appointment, checks in, and waits for a bit. Horrible medical care. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!Edgar Molina, M.D. is a horrible doctor and should have his license revoked.He missed a 4 yr old's strep throat, and you could clearly see white spots on the childs throat as well as an ear infection. He was informed that the child could not eat, and even water made their throat sting.First visit, he prescribed a cough syrup that burned the child's throat so bad they screamed in pain. We called their office and sat on hold for an hour and a half. Finally spoke to a nurse who said they would contact the doctor. Never received a return call. we have used this clinic for years. so tell me why it is SO hard to get a sick visit or let alone a well check visit planned for my kids. 3 weeks out for a sick visit, and months out for a well check with a different provider. We have been tossed around soooooo many times my head is spinning. Stop accepting new patients if you cannot handle the demand of your current book. I should not have to go to urgent care when my kids are sick during the regular week, I also should not have to wait months after my kids well check visits are due for them to be seen.
