“After stopping by the nearby gas station my car wouldn't start. Noticing a message on the car dashboard about a 'digital key' I walked over to Dickens that was in the next parking lot. The young guy who was at the store at this moment was actually finishing up with a customer ahead of me when I noticed he was actually closed.
After finishing up with the customer, the staff member answered all my questions, and changed the battery for free in my key fab. I walked back to my car hoping this would resolve my issue but unfortunately, it didn't. When I looked up there was that same Dickens staff pulling up in the company van and assisting to help me get my car started.
Come to find out it wasn't a problem with my key fab but time for a new car battery. He jumped my battery and got me rolling again all for free! This is why I wouldn't hesitate referring Dickens Locksmith to anyone who is experiencing the type of problems their company serves. In this day and age you don't receive this type of treatment everywhere you go so, I just wanted to give praises where praise is due!
