These guys are THE BEST! I don't get my keys (and fobs) anywhere else now. They are true to their motto... they make keys that work! And they're always friendly, super efficient, and way cheaper than the dealerships for the key fobs!
If you drive a 2001-2003 Toyota Highlander, drop what you are doing and get a duplicate set of keys NOW! I lost my keys and thinking this would be a simple matter, called the dealership (Lost Pines Toyota) who said "Sure, come on by; the FOB is $179 and the key is $55, programming the FOB is $125." Say WHAT? I hung up and called Dickens.Larry told me an even worse story; Toyota, in its infinite wisdom, neglected to make the process of replacing keys on these model years a straightforward process. He told me the sad story, and also told me what the dealership would do; they'd call me back and say that they cannot reprogram the keys as with other models. I used Dickens Locksmith just this morning. I called them at 10:50, they showed up within 20 minutes, and had my car unlocked in 5 minutes. The service was great, the locksmith was very knowledgeable and friendly. Good price and easy contact. Definitely recommend for whenever you accidentally forget your keys in your car.
