Dr. Kevin Hsu, M.D. is a board-certified gastroenterologist with extensive training and research experience. His office staff is friendly and helpful, although there may be occasional issues with wait times or incorrect address links. Once seen, Dr. Hsu is very nice and takes the time to explain everything to his patients. The office could improve by offering online paperwork options to reduce wait times. Despite some minor issues, patients have reported a smooth and positive experience with Dr. Hsu.

Everyone at his clinic was very attentive and friendly. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Hsu. He was very personable, very thorough and answered my many questions. I thought I would have a problem scheduling my appointment for my procedure. I was surprised when Anna from his office called Monday morning early. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his staff!!

I have been going to the pain clinic for a long time. Everyone I have been in contact with are considerate & a dang lot of time. Dr. Hsu is a very nice, good sense of humor & takes the time to listen & answer your questions. If you need a pain, I would recommend Dr. Hsu.

Dr Hsu always puts me at ease about being at a GI doctor. He’s always treats me with respect, kindness and doesn’t order testing or medication that’s he doesn’t feel is needed. I would and do recommend him to everyone.
