We had Brandon come out at the request of our home warranty (Choice Home Warranty, stay away from them too) and our AC blower was out on our 25 year old unit. He told us (after coming back a second time, since his first visit didn’t do anything) that it needed to be replaced but TOLD THE WARRANTY COMPANY IT WAS FIXED. His lie to them cost us so much hassle that I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This guy came to us from Chois home warranty. He checked the system the first time He could not diagnose the problem.He needed to come back and retest the system, and found that the blower motor had died (he said so to me and later to my wife after he came down from the attic) and he went and reported to the insurance company that there are not mechanical what a lie.This caused our A/C to be unavailable for more than 1 week in the 100 degree temperatures in Texas summer.

Cliff went absolutely above and beyond to help my wife and I when our AC went out in the middle of summer. If it wasn't for this man's dedication and just being a genuinely good person we would still be suffering. I will be recommending Copeland to anyone and everyone! Thank you again!!!
