We had a pipe bust yesterday during the crazy winter storm, and we called 5-6 plumbers to try to get on a repair list. We expected to have to wait several days with our water turned off. Austen called us back within an hour, asked for details and photos, then told us how to cap the pipe ourselves until he can come fix it!! He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me, asking for nothing, and declined when I said we'd send money for the consult. We were able to cap the pipe with his instructions and turn our water back on within a few hours of the pipe busting. He's going to be our first call for plumbing needs in the future, because he deserves our business... read full review
