Bandera Nails & Spa always goes above and beyond! I’ve been here multiple times and they truly care about their customers and making sure everyone leaves happy. One time I wasn’t satisfied with my pedicure, and the manager noticed right away and stepped in to personally take care of the situation without hesitation.
Today they were amazing again, they were able to accommodate me, my sister, and my mom together, which we really appreciated. My mom wasn’t happy with her nail polish color, and they kindly redid it for her until she loved it. This is a great place with great service. I am new with dipped nails and Bill took his time to explain 2 ways to apply the dip. I wanted a neutral color and he made samples to help me decide. I'll be going back!
I only used the Massage therapy lady here and she was great, not as deep tissue as I like but she worked out the knots. I will go back to her next winter. They ( salon) wasn't sure if they did perms, so I waited till I got home. Offers lots of jewelry, nice stuff.
