Very disappointing experience.
I came to this salon asking specifically for a deep powder manicure. They confirmed they could do it, but halfway through the service I noticed they were using UV light. When I asked about it, they admitted they didn’t have the proper product and decided to use gel instead — without informing me first.
The result was terrible. The nails look uneven, poorly shaped, and of very low quality, especially considering the high price I paid. I also got a pedicure, and even the polish doesn’t look fresh — it seems dull and not properly applied.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund or a fix, they refused.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience to prevent someone else from going through the same thing.

Waiting for over hour in a half for a pedicure. My feet set in cold water for over 20 mins. The communication is horrible. I would not recommend this place at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up to this place at 6pm with both of my daughters because I was going to get their nails done. As soon as I showed the lady how they wanted their nails, she gave me a really ugly attitude and said something in their language to her co-worker as she was turning her back on me. They gave me the expression that she didn’t want to do it because of the work, so of course I did her a favor and left somewhere else. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

I’ve been here twice and THEY have kept my nails looking PERFECT! Gotta say that my French nails have lasted a WHOLE lot longer than most places and no breaking either. ?❤️?? That’s what’s up!

I am new to the area and tried this place for the first time today. The young lady who did my toes did a great job, however the older woman who did my nails was very rough, seemed to be in a rush and the overall energy in this shop was not friendly and inviting. I asked for dip power on my nails and was asked if I wanted a fill in, I replied no, these are my nails just with dip so this has to be removed. She proceeded to apply the powder color I selected with the colored liquid used for acrylic and a brush and finished with a clear gel polish and curing it with the UV light. Not at all what I asked for. She filed my nails down very thin underneath and practically forced my shoes on to leave when she was done. My nail beds are now sore. I arrived at the shop around 4:40pm they close at 7pm I'm not sure why she was unable to handle me with care. This was not the relaxing end to my work week that I was looking for. I am also noticeably pregnant and she was forcing me to reach further and further across my stomach.

This our first visit for nails probably last...Sorry to say we are highly disappointed, though the work is good, poor communication and clarity on services which they going to perform, they had nail service which we did not ask for and my girls did not understand what they are doing, the lady claim she asked my kids but its not correct.There was no clear communication of service being provided they just did and charged us.….?

The staff was lovely! I had brought my infant and he’s pretty quiet and still but towards the end he was getting fuzzy. A super sweet lady that works there came up to me and she calmed him down for the reminder of the time. Super nice and sweet! The nails were beautiful and the toes were too tier!! Super dedicated to work, took their time and did everything with precision!!! 10/10 recommend!
