Recently visited grave of my mother at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas,Tx. I was provided professional assistance from an employee, Nita Walker! Ms Walker was patient, kind, willing to answer my questions and concerns without hesitation! Thanks to an employee who is gracious and willing to help without hesitation!

The people that I spoke to were very considering a very straightforward and that's what I like I also like the fact that it's very quiet very personal very convenient and not only are the personnel very informed and very well educated of their job that they do.i was very impressed.... thank you very much Shannon

When other Funeral Homes have gone to a more modern approach for their services, Laurel Oaks has remained traditional, which was very comforting to me. Veronica reached out first she was very gentle and understood the family was in shock from our loss and was thoughtful in getting the ball rolling.
Irene was always there to answer the phone with a calming friendly tone.
Then Shannon and I got to work, I’m not a big email guy but he was very patient and helpful with getting me through it all.
Lots of signing of Documents with photos all done very Efficiently and Professional.
Now my Cousin Michael is at Rest and I’m at peace knowing he is in Good Company.

Laurel Oaks Funeral Home and their director, Shannon Bunch went above and beyond to assist us with the passing of our Mother.
I am so glad we used them! The whole staff was very caring and helpful during our time of grief.
Shannon was such a blessing to work with and was the best we could have asked for to handle the arrangements and made wonderful suggestions that tremendously helped our family.
I highly recommend them!

Shannon our funeral director was a God send. He made us all feel so comfortable during all the funeral arrangements we had to make. The day of the funeral he was so helpful with everyone there.

New management is horrible

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! My sister was buried there in May 2024. My brother-in-law BOUGHT a temporary marker from them, which should BELONG to him. When her headstone came in, they trashed the marker and threw the $40.00 flowers away. Why not put them in the NEW vase? No call back to his request for a meeting. NOTHING! If we had the money, we would have her MOVED to a less strict and heartless place. EVERYTHING has to be bought from them. DON'T USE THIS PLACE AND DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!
