How do i even start this review . this was the worst experience. the first time i decide to dye my hair ,i had never bleached it my hair was as you would call virgin hair. i get there they are helpful i was optimistic . she puts in the bleach already her co worker has to remind her to clean my forehead ... she takes out the bleach and u can clearly see my hair was not the same color . she starts in with the actual hair dye and things are going smoothly until she runs out of dye and starts to rub my hair into my scalp literally pulling my hair. after a wash i see my hair color is still orange the dye did nothing basically . i did not want to allow her to do anything to my hair any longer . later she tells me it's ur fault u chose this color i showed her a picture of my hair trusting her to put her expertise as a hair dresser .. i was beyond upset and i will say i cried on my way home. this is a horrible place and i would suggest no one comes here if u value ur hair. one thing i will say is while i was there i could see the other workers watching her and no one said anything ..

We moved further away from hair but still bring our son here for his haircuts. Lori is the only one that can cut his hair well and keep him from squirming in the chair.

Excellent skills ! Johnny definitely knows what he was doing ! He was very patient with my hair and cut it piece by piece :) the result was stunning ! The only down side to this place is the receptionist doesn't seem to be very friendly.

she was late but I don't really care she's so sweet and has a big personality. she let me choose what to watch on TV and she gives away free masks. She gave me a very good haircut. Her heart is so big and her energy is very clean. I would strongly recommend!

Echoing the others, Rose has cut my hair since the previous location. We long ago moved to The Heights, but I always make the 30 minute drive back to Alief to see her. On occasion, I've come on her day off, but Lori and the other girls and guys always do a great job for me as well. Hoping they open back up soon now that the Covid-19 thing is dying down. I need a haircut badly!

First time here. Called ahead and was told to just walk on in. Seemed busy when I arrived, but immediately greeted and shown to the hair washing station. $17 total for a wash ($12) and bangs ($5). Cash only!

The second time I went here I got another hair dresser, I asked for straight bangs and showed a picture but she gave me side bangs then tried to make them straight again
