She gave me a complete tour of the entire office and broke down the educational history of the 2 dentists backgrounds. Both very impressive! The office is top notch! Extremely clean, state of the art technology , and a beautiful and comforting environment. This is the nicest dental office I’ve ever seen! Next Penny came into discuss my treatment plan. She was fabulous! She calmed my nerves and explained everything in detail. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Then I met Dr. Tieken. Again, such a warm, funny, and thorough doctor. I have avoided the dentist for over a year after a bad last experience at a different practice that left me in pain, with bleeding gums, and misinformation. The staff, hygienist, and dentist at Touchstone Dental are incredible and made me feel so relaxed. They are extremely communicative and tell you exactly what to expect throughout the entire process. They are always timely and efficient, working quickly but also making sure I am comfortable the whole way through. I appreciate them so much and will be a life long patient.“

“Dr. Robson has been handling my general dentistry work for years and has fitted me with a sleep aid that has to be molded to fit my teeth.In all cases he has be an exemplary demonstration of professionalism and expertise. I am not the easiest patient, but Dr. Robson always handled my dental work patiently and thoroughly. In the case of fitting the sleep aid, the lab that manufactures the sleep aid broke the initial molds and produced a product that didn’t fit but Dr. Robson made new molds and obtained a corrected device with no charge to myself.In addition, the front desk staff has always been professional, helpful, and transparent in all matters of scheduling, insurance, and payment.“
