They've always been professional and very accommodating & I really enjoyed chatting with the techs on their visit. We've had what we thought was good business relationship. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our business with them, which is something we really did not want to do. We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up. We do want to thank them for their professionalism, courtesy and outstanding work ethic. William & Elizabeth Kiefer“

6400 Boat Club Rd Ste 175, Fort Worth“Treavor was awesome. Treavors kindness, willingness to answer questions, and knowledge is what kept me from canceling my service. Upon arrival I was informed ameritech is now ideal, the prices are higher (more than double), and that i had an outstanding balance. What? How do i have an outstanding balance i asked. Well, ameritech failed to inform customers that their previous paid service didnt go thru because of some issue. As a customer, that would have been something good to know back in MARCH. Bad on ameritech. Ameritech also has thrown their techs out there to be the delivers of bad news. Bad again....then ameritech sent out notifications about the property being scheduled for service but didnt state a time or time window for the service. Long story long, I've been happy with ameritech until now. After receiving the bad news from Treavor, I had made up my mind to cancel my service. Treavor was patient, informative, and willing to answer any and all questions I had. It is because of Treavor I kept the service. He is the sole reason why you still have me as a customer. You lose Treavor, and you might lose a customer. Just saying..... great job Treavor. You kept a customer. Treavor for top technician!!!!! Appreciate and be thankful for him!!!!“
